Bug Description

Not a critical bug, but I noticed on a recent cert that the get_make_and_model test failed:

https://certification.canonical.com/hardware/201811-26651/submission/135192/test-results/

System:
  Model: NOT FOUND
  Manufacturer: NOT FOUND
  Version: NOT FOUND
Mainboard:
  Model: Intel Corporation
  Manufacturer: Intel Corporation
  Version: 10

While the DMI test shows System Manufacturer and Product Name.

Base Board Information:
 Manufacturer: Lenovo
 Product Name: -[7Y51CTO0WW]-
 Type: Motherboard

Chassis Information:
 Manufacturer: Lenovo
 Type: Rack Mount Chassis

Processor Information:
 Version: Intel(R) Xeon(R) E-2186G CPU @ 3.80GHz

System Information:
 Manufacturer: Lenovo
 Product Name: ThinkSystem SR258 -[7Y51CTO0WW]-

Since the DMI test passed, but the other did not (it uses lshw rather than dmi) I wonder if we should drop one in favor of the other, or if get_make_and_model should fall back to dmi if lshw doesn't contain the info we expect?

I wonder where lshw gets that information...
