Disk names don't distinguish multiple identical devices

Bug Description

In canonical-certification-server, if two disk devices are the same model, they show up identically in most of the tests displayed by canonical-certification-server, as shown in the attached screenshot. This is true for all the disk tests EXCEPT for the disk/stats_??? tests. This fact makes it impossible to select just one disk to test with certainty, if one wants to do so. (I want to do this so I can run tests using XFS, which I've put on /dev/sdb.) Although I understand the desirability of providing the disk model numbers, providing their device filenames is also important.

+1, the test names/summary should list both IMHO. That being said you can easily toggle the test names and test ids by pressing 'i' on the test selection screen. HTH till we fix that preperly
