Bug Description

In 16.04 desktop, bluetooth/browse-files is no longer working.
For bluetooth file transfer, we only need bluetooth/file-transfer test job.
But in bluetooth.txt.in, we can see bluetooth/file-transfer depends bluetooth/browse-files .

We may need to let bluetooth/file-transfer not depend bluetooth/browse-files .
