Bug Description
Need a new job to test Dell 'MAC Address Pass Through' feature. This feature allows systems to set a persistent system MAC address to be used with the TB15, WD15 (docking station) and Type-C Ethernet adaptor.

This function works by a system specific MAC address (referred to as an auxiliary mac address) being programmed in the factory. When the driver for the type-c ethernet (in dock or dongle) is loaded the MAC address is supposed to be overridden with this value.
In bug1579984, the patch was upstreamed.

ifconfig on test unit to get ip address (e.g. 10.101.47.xx)
use another system to ping the system and run 'arp -a 10.101.47.xx' to get the MAC address of the test unit.
