Issue confirmed with the latest stable checkbox release.

There is indeed a missing dependency.

Plainbox has a new mechanism to handle this kind of issues [1].

This new mechanism has some issues with Precise builds, so we need to make sure we don't need Precise builds in the future (to be confirmed with the server team). Once this is OK, I'll push an update to fix the above issue.
