EFI boot test should only run on x86 architectures

Bug Description

EFI boot test is irrelevant on ARM, PPC64 and non-intel architectures... so we should avoid running it there.

Actually, ARM can be either EFI or non-EFI, so it's meaningful there, although the outcome might not matter on ARM.
