Bug Description

The hybrid sleep log is called hybrid_sleep_single.log, it didn't get uploaded to C3 correctly (empty file on C3) since we tried to attach the log with GPU name in it.

As we will test hybrid sleep for both GPUs, I will add a leading index to the log file.

The root cause of this bug is that we have a hybrid sleep job that will be tested will all GPU, but it will save the report into the same hybrid_sleep_single.log file.
But for the attachment job, we're looking for the log file indexed with GPU ID.

What's in that patch:
Change the log output filename, to make it GPU ID indexed.
We have the hybrid sleep log check job, but it's not checking log for different GPUs, use a generator for it
(However, we don't have this job in any testplan, so plainbox-provider-certification-client is not touched)
