Bug Description
This screenshot attachment job depends on the graphics/
Which is expected and is good for those system that's not going to be tested with this opencv job.
However, it will make debugging become a difficult task if it did get tested with the opencv job but failed.
The picture won't be uploaded to C3, you will need to debug it locally.
Maybe we could add one line to the attachment job:
[ -f $JPG ] && base64 $JPG
and remove the dependency
