suspend/suspend_advanced is triggered and skipped in SRU testplan

Bug Description

usual SRU test item number is 60 and
in the very recent SRU certification testing (W16-W18 and 1st respin) I noted suspend/suspend_advanced is added and skipped.

This could be triggered by the recently modified suspend/suspend-single-log-attach job, which depends on the suspend/suspend_advanced.
Therefore, it will try to run suspend_advanced, but it will be skipped on SRU systems since it's not an automated test.

There is no major impact on SRU testing, this log-attach job will be started right after the suspend_advanced_auto test, so the SRU system do go through the suspend process.
It just make review a bit confusing, a testing branch is now being tested on 11419.

Verified with the test report from 11419, with the branch linked here, suspend-advanced won't be triggered in SRU again.
