Bug Description
Currently, the instruction in this job is:
STEPS:
1. Look at the specifications for your system.
VERIFICATION:
Is the screen supposed to be multitouch?
However, this job should be skipped when it's a non-touch screen.
And we should be more specific, asking tester to select PASS if the touchscreen is supposed to be multi-touch
