Bug Description

The tickless_Idle test is a pretty insignificant test, it was just an old regression test to check that CONFIG_NO_HZ=y is still set in the kernel config and was meant for x86 CPUs.

For ARM, it's apparently not important, or even a thing, and this test becomes a constant false failure.

To fix, need to make sure that the test only runs on amd64/x86.
