default timeout in canonical-certification.conf is too long for virt test

Bug Description

The timeout in the conf file is 3000 seconds... that's way too long, it should be something more appropriate like the script default of 500 seconds.

If you don't change this when adding in a custom file location for the virt test, you will end up waiting an hour for the test to complete.
