That is odd, since I used set(), which excludes double entries. This would only be possible if you have similarly named folders (either in bookmark or the default dirs) with different paths. Could that be? if not, I need to send you a script to find out what is exactly going on.

Ah, I guess because I'm using symbolic links...

Aha, but that is interesting, and can be fixed. Will add it to a settings option.

Hi Robert, the fix is available in 0.5.2. The issue was a useless space (forgot to use strip()) that caused the fact that similar directories were not recognized as such. It should be fine in 0.5.2. Please let me know if it isn't!
