Bug Description

Upon booting the 5.10 LiveCD, there is no icon on the status bar or any
indication that Wireless support has been detected or activated. Finding hte
Networking configuration menu is difficult if one is not knowledgable to the
layout of the menuing system.

There should be, as part of the default Desktop, an applet similar to the
Airport icon on OSX; as well as a Network Configuration Wizard for Wireless
networks, so the user is told that their wifi card is detected and requires setup.
