It is known that `acct` package is available for 4 port CPU architectures - see https://packages.ubuntu.com/hirsute/acct and http://ports.ubuntu.com/pool/main/a/acct/ .

But the download pages do not provide direct links:

Please fix this. It is useful for very popular RaspberryPi (if we talk about ARM).
