On https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/rinse the link to the Homepage (in External Resources section) seems to be broken (http://collab-maint.alioth.debian.org/rinse/)

This is actually something that needs to be changed in the package metadata. This was done in version 3.3 in debian and thus cosmic is no longer affected and this change will trickle through to the Ubuntu website eventually.
