Bug Description

I use commonly winexe for Windows connectivity through WinRM Service.
But, in the new Ubuntu Server 18.04 version the liberrors.so.0 is missing. This is related with liberrors-samba4.so.0 library.

"winexe: error while loading shared libraries: liberrors.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

I would like to know if it's a bug or there are changes on the libraries that Samba is using and winexe will have problems to executing on Ubuntu 18.04.
If there is something I can help on that, please let me know.

Thanks in advance for any comments.
