Bug Description
The "Ubuntu Changelog" link under "Ubuntu Resources:" on the package pages of packages.ubuntu.com appear to be missing
For example:
https:/
The link goes to a missing file:
http://
It works on Ubuntu 16.04:
ie.
https:/
links to the working page:
http://

This seems to be an issue with "build" versions of the packages, potentially only older ones ... The issue is not with the packages website but the extraction of the changelogs, because I can see in http:// changelogs. ubuntu. com/changelogs/ pool/universe/ c/clearsilver/ that there are build versions in there, but not the one for trusty, which is interesting. Potentially this is a trusty only issue. Would have to dig around/ask someone from the corresponding teams to investigate where something might have went wrong here.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
