Bug Description

The DBus method Raise is great, but it would be nice to have a raise_or_lower(hide) function too. I often want to pop the interface up to look at the list of songs and would like to be able to make it hide through the same key sequence (tied to a DBus call).

Changes it to a toggle. It will hide/minimize the window (depending on the notification icon plugin's status), or present the window.
