Bug Description
Scenario:
1. you've opened "manage stations" dialog
2. you've forgot to close it
3. the dialog was overlapped by other windows
4. you need the dialog again, you choose "manage stations" and nothing happens
Expected behavior:
on step #4 you have "manage stations" dialog somewhere near by your cursor on the same desktop (if you're using multi-desktop window manager).
