some icons are wrong in KDE

Bug Description

Working great under KDE 4.6 except for some of the icons.

the star icon that is normally displayed on the album art after a song is "loved" is instead shows as an information icon (see screenshot in comments). Also, under the drop-down menu the "website" and "manage stations" icons are just a blue book with a question mark on them (unable to screenshot).

I don't personally care, but others may be annoyed.

Kubuntu 11.04 x64
KDE 4.6
Pithos 0.3.9

I think this may have the same root cause as #627218. They are slightly different, but since they only happen in KDE, I'm guessing they're connected.

Ok, I found that the libappindicator icon doesn't show the right icons in KDE, so I made a copy of the plugin that doesn't use indicators but just the Gtk status icon. This also lets left-clicking the icon send a signal to show/hide the window.

I'm not sure about the question mark icons in the main window's settings menu, so I'm splitting the bugs.

Oh, and the code is in lp:~launchpad-alphapapa/pithos/888778. I can split it up from the 888788-specific code later if necessary.

I discovered that some of these Gtk stock icons are not in default Gnome packages, like gtk-index and gtk-edit.

Compared to:

http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?searchon=contents&keywords=gtk-about.png&mode=exactfilename&suite=oneiric&arch=any

For folks using KDE instead of Gnome, it seems that the full range of Gtk stock icons is not contained in a base-level, common Gtk package. I don't understand why the full range of stock icons defined in the Gtk docs is not in the standard Gtk packages.

Anyway, we need to either decide on more commonly-installed icons, or just use no icons. I'm in favor of no icons, myself.
