resource not found error with pithos

Version:

OS: Ubuntu 10.04

Steps to reproduce:
*) Start pithos. A radio starts playing.
*) Click the next button.
*) Get a error popup window "Error:Resource not found" with Cancel/retry/preferences buttons. (Attached screenshot)
Another step:
*) Start pithos.
*) Allow the first song to complete.
*) When the next song starts, the same error as above appears.

Seems like there is a problem with Gstreamer. Because, when I run Pithos from command line, I get the following error when I click the next button:

Is this a problem with gstreamer and not pithos?

That's the infamous "libsoup status code 3" bug, which I haven't yet been able to reproduce or associate with a specific cause. Can you post on the linked bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/pithos/+bug/602727) whether or not you're configuring a proxy in (1) Pithos, (2) System -> Network Proxy, and (3) anywhere else, e.g. environment variables. Hopefully I can figure out what's going on here.
