Hardware acceleration is not fully available

Bug Description

I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 (LXDE desktop with Openbox as window manager) with Pipelight 0.2.8.2 and I'm noticing several troubles with Pipelight:

- The hardware acceleration is not fully available. For example on forcing to play a video on YouTube with the Flash Player and checking the stats (right click on the video -> "Stats for nerds") I'm seeing "software video rendering" while not in fullscreen mode and "accelerated video rendering" while in fullscreen mode. But the native Flash Player 11.2.x does always show "accelerated video rendering" independent of the mode.
- I'm noticing heavy performance impacts for example in flash based games.
- The Flash Player is crashing very often (multiple times in a day).
- Specific wmode's (like "opaque") are making troubles with the Flash Player. For example if the Flash Player shows one of its dialogs like asking if p2p should be allowed making a left click on any input element does have no effect.
- I'm also noticing that moving tabs with Firefox does not work correctly anymore as they do stop following the mouse cursor at random points. Maybe this has nothing to do with Pipelight but it appeared first at the time where I have installed Pipelight.
