Initializing pluginloader.exe as late as possible

Bug Description

I'm using Pipelight 0.2.8.2 and I'm noticing that pluginloader.exe gets already executed if Firefox starts. Maybe this can be enhanced to call it only if the plugin-container is required so that pluginloader.exe also exits if the plugin-container finishes. This would be useful as it would not require anymore to have all the Wine processes and pluginloader.exe open while the user does not use at the moment any plugin (Firefox does automatically close plugin-container if in idle for at default 30 seconds (controllable with dom.ipc.plugins.unloadTimeoutSecs)).

As soon as the linux plugin is loaded, the browser asks for the version and name of the plugin which requires loading the windows plugin. In order to really improve the situation it is necessary to cache these values. This is planned for the next release.
