It looks like the installer downloaded from http://webplayer.unity3d.com/download_webplayer-3.x/UnityWebPlayerFull64.exe has a hash of e73f2c6cdc8789d9a78763c2d76f30a3934862b8297032c1d2c97c4ff5070d92 but the installer script expects a4ae24820ec2f1c87e26123227c1ccd330c8b0f69f7e2f2586761e174a300802

Argh, it looks like this was already fixed, I was just using stale config. Feel free to close this out.
