Bug Description

Firefox 36.0.1 crashes and/or hang up by using Silverlight Plugin from Pipelight. Flash make similiar erros, but don't as critical as silverlight plugin.

The programm create a bug report and i should report it.

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS with all updates up to now.

For 2 days it begans with the bug.

Output of:

"pipelight-plugin --list-enabled-all
silverlight5.1
flash
"

Window Manager is Unity.

Provisions up to now by me:

Restore Firefox completely -> no changes
erase home-directory from pipelight -> no changes
disable and enable the plugin -> no changes
Change the display driver from original nvidia to nouveau X - Server driver -> no changes
Change it back to the nvidia driver -> no changes

Another problem is Apparmor make a notice that it blocked 2 access, but i don't find the software who creates this access in the logfiles. It begans 2 days ago, too.

Hmm, this looks pretty much like a driver bug. Does the problem still occur?

I have found the error, because it effects my complete PC. After i checked my RAM with Memtest86+ on the Ubuntu Live CD, my PC creates RAM errors.

I have changed the status and replace my RAM.

Changed in pipelight:
status: New → Invalid
