Undo after Rectangle Select little resize markers still displayed

Bug Description
Pinta v1.3 on Windows and latest development on Ubuntu 12.04:
1. Rectangle Select and mark some area on canvas.
2. Click on Undo button from toolbar.
Selection resize little squares still displayed on canvas. In History pad it looks like "Rectangle Select" action was undone (greyed out).
The same problem with Ellipse Select tool.
