Bug Description

Pinta 1.3 on Windows XP:
1. New image, draw something and then File | Save and name the file:
very_very_very_very_very_large_file_name.png
2. Layers | Layer Properties and rename Background to:
very_very_very_very_very_large_layer_name
and click OK button.

You can notice the following:
1. Layers pad: name is trimmed but there is no indication that trim
was performed. It looks like displayed layer name is whole name
displayed.
2. Images pad: name is not trimmed, but instead scrollbar was added at
the bottom.

What little bit bothers me is inconsistency. I have check the Gimp way
is adding scrollbar, but it has checkbox in the first position on the
row.

Options:
1) Move checkox on Layers and Close button on Images to the first
position of row.
2a) Remove scrollbars and add three dots in name field if name is too
large to fit the row.
2b) The same as above, but add help tip (just like if moving mouse
over any button from Tools) where displaying a full file name. But
this should only be done if file is too big to fit into row
