Incosistent icon warning message when file too big

Bug Description

Pinta latest development on Ubuntu 11.10.
1. Create an image larger then 255 x 255 and save the file as ico.
2. Warning message appears, but I think it is little bit inconsistent with current messages.

See attached picture. I suggest to change:
1. Remove "Error" from title bar, so no info is in title bar.
2. Add bolded text for quick info like "File too big" or something similar.

Tested in pinta-1.3-preview-20120425 on Windows XP. Problem fixed.
