TGA and ICO file types not shown in Open Image File dialog with default "Image files" filter

Pinta 1.2 on Windows XP:
1. Open Pinta.
2. Draw something e.g. with Paintbrush tool.
3. File | Save As.
4. In Name filed type in: test
5. From file type drop-down box select: "TGA image" and click Save button.
6. File | Close.
7. File | Open.
8. "Open Image File" dialog opens, but there is no test.tga file displayed by default.
9. Changing "Images files" to "All files" and test.tga is displayed. I can select the file and open it.
So the problem is by default "Images files" filter does not display tga file types.

I have tested the problem on latest development on Ubuntu 11.10 and problem does not appear. Maybe Windows specific problem.

Now I have also tested .ico file types and using filter "Image files" it does display on Pinta 1.2 on Windows, but it does not display in the latest development on Ubuntu 11.10. It looks different behaviour in Windows/Ubuntu or some fix puts differences.

I verified that TGA file types are now shown on Windows, and that ICO file types are now shown on Ubuntu.

Tested in pinta-1.3-preview-20120425 on Windows XP. Also tested latest development on Ubuntu 11.10. Problem fixed on both systems.
