Rectangle Selection, Croping and Zooming not displaying correct image

Bug Description

Pinta 1.2 on Windows XP sp3 and also Pinta latest development on Pinta
1. File | New. 800 x 600 and OK.
2. "Rectangle Select" and mark in the middle of canvas.
3. "Paint Bucket" and click inside of marked area.
4. "Crop to Selection" from toolbar.
What happens is "red painted square" from step 3 disappears.
5. Click on Zoom-Out button from toolbar and image is seen again, but image is not cropped.

A couple notes:
- if the rectangle is large enough, it doesn't completely disappear after step 4, but only part of it is shown
- if you deselect after step 4 and then zoom, the image corrects itself

Tested on the latest development on Ubuntu 12.04 and problem is fixed.
