Bug Description
With the new selection resizing (currently in the git master), if you hold shift while creating a selection (both square and circular) the selection will be constrained (to a square or circle) but the resize handles will not. If you then click the resize handles afterwards, the selection will jump to to cover the area defined by the handles.
(Sorry Olivier, that one slipped by in testing...)
