"Save As" doesn't prompt for a filename

Bug Description
Selecting File/Save As just saves the file, instead of prompting for a new filename.
(This bug can be reproduced in the latest development build, but the feature works fine in Pinta 1.0)

Test in Pinta 1.1 final release and this problem is not accuring anymore.
