Add white Text background option

Very often I use Text tool in Pinta 1.0 on Windows XP. By default text is written to transparent background. If text is typed on some picture, sometimes it is very hard to read a text. It would be nice if some additional feature is added like white text background option (or even better to add secondary color as text background).

I changed the status from Opinion to New. If Opinion is selected then this report is treated in the same range as fixed - so not displayed on default report.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of that. Anyway, fixed this in https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/commit/7d5fb86c41c53e3d75442837b3fda9607d49b3a7

There is slight annoyance with the filled in area being one line more than the text, but fixing that seems to require messing with some of the underlying stuff in the text tool which I'd rather not do.
