Bug Description
1. Change outline color to something other than white in the Palette section
2. Choose text tool
3. Change text size to 80
4. Change Text Style to Normal and Outline
5. Change Outline width to something large like 40
6. Start typing
7. Reduce Outline width to something small like 5 (some marks from the previous outline remains)
Also, I don't know if it's related but the outline seems a bit large to me in relation to their outline width size. If you choose outline size 12, it would cover all the letters even for text as large as 80.

I can reproduce the problem in Pinta 0.7 on Windows XP sp3. See attached picture. But if I click on the canvas with left mouse, text get correct display.
