Bug Description
In Pinta 0.5 on Ubuntu 10.10 when I click on New button from toolbar there always appear "New Image" window that asks for image size in pixels. This is great functionality for advanced image editing programs like Gimp, but I think Pinta should not use this kind of window, because multiple users doesn't even know what does 800x600 means.
I like idea that it is in MS-Paint in Windows XP and this is to have a settings for windows size. This settings is in Image | Attributes (see attached picture). But what I really like about MS-Paint is to have a corners when you can drag and resize the image size (see attached picture).
There are two options that I see:
1. In New Image window add checkbox (default unchecked) something like "Don't ask this question anymore" and then add Edit | Preferences a settings where people can change the image size.
2. Remove New Image window and just add Edit | Preferences settings (I like this idea more - just make it simple).
