Bug Description
In Pinta 0.5 if some of the tools windows is closed (e.g. Layers) and then View | Tools Windows displays all the tools available, but there are missing check-boxes at left of Tools, Palette, Layers and History. Now it is impossible to know which tool is already displayed if only looking at View | Tools Windows menu. See attached picture.
