PaintBucket region bug

Draw a square, draw a circle inside the square. Use the paint bucket to fill the area between the two. The whole square will be filled instead.

Another good repo from #694499:

1. Select Pencil from Tools pad.
2. Draw some lines.
3. Select Paint Bucket from Tools pad.
4. Click on red color in Palette pad.
5. Click on white space on canvas.
All of the canvas gets red color. There is no drawing from step 2 visible. All of the canvas get overwritten with red color.

I have installed Pinta 0.7 on Windows XP sp3 and both problems (original post and comment #1) are fixed.
