Bug Description
1. Select an area.
2. Scroll the image so that part of the selection ends up offscreen.
3. Select the Move Pixels tool.
4. Move the selection.
Expected result: the entire selected region is moved.
Actual result: the selection outline and the part that was onscreen is moved, but the offscreen part is erased. However, when the change is committed, or when doing undo-redo when the entire selection is visible, the erased part reappears.

I can confirm behaviour in Pinta 1.0 on Windows XP and Pinta 1.1 (from PPA) on Ubuntu 11.10.
