Text tool: unreliable vertical alignment

Bug Description

The vertical positioning of lines of text in relation to each other is quite erratic. The Enter key does not shift the cursor vertically down all the way to the next line, and the position of the line being typed sometimes changes mid-typing. Often the line spacing is too small or too large.

We now use Pango to do the full layout, which provides much better spacing.
