Bug Description
Using Pinta 2.2-dev from latest master on Ubuntu 23.10.
This is feature request. I suggest to merge "Adjustments" menu into "Effects" and maybe rename "Adjustments" to "Simple", you know "Simple Effect".

I'm a bit unsure about this and would need to give it more thought - it might make common adjustments like brightness more difficult to find for new users?
