Bug Description
Pinta 2.2-dev from master repository on Ubuntu 23.10: https:/
Effects | Blur | Radial Blur and problem appears. Dialog is really too wide.
The cause of wide dialog is probably the text at the bottom. Between "angle. Use" should be new line so text would go in two lines and dialog would shorten.
