Line/Curve arrow checkboxes missing

1. Line/Curve and problem appears. On Arrow there are checkboxes not visible. But it can be clicked on "empty space" to display arrow options. It looks like Windows specific problem. See attachment.

Weird, it still looks okay for me on Windows (see attached)
Does switching to the dark theme under the View menu make any difference for you?

I switched to dark theme and click on the "1" from arrow.
Issue is the same. "1" arrow is visible, but "2" that is not checked, isn't.

Interesting, thanks. I'm not sure what's different versus my tests on Windows
