Can't paint ouside of selection and no error is produced if I do

Pinta 2.2-dev, but this is years old issue, probably from very start of the program.

1. Rectangle Select and select some area on canvas.
2. Paint. Click outside of selection. Nothing happens. It looks like a bug, I want to paint, but nothing happens. In reality, Pinta prevents painting outside of selection, but there is no indication program is doing so.

This is more of UX issue. Can you set some UX tag on it.

Solution may be one of:
1. On click outside of selection, display error message like: "You can't draw outside of selection. Draw inside of selection or clear the selection itself."
2. Change mouse icon from normal painting to some "x" crossing, to indicate painting is not possible outside of selection.
