Bug Description

I am comparing the labels font size from Pinta 2.1.1 do Pinta 2.2-dev https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/actions/runs/7326780534/artifacts/1134741800 on Ubuntu 23.10 and I see font sizes are little bit too big in Pinta 2.2-dev.

See attachment. This is just small UX glitch, but using Effects it looks label fonts should be smaller.

This was done somewhat intentionally, the labels use the "title-4" style from https://gnome.pages.gitlab.gnome.org/libadwaita/doc/main/style-classes.html#typography-styles now. I thought it looked a bit better to have some separation since we removed the horizontal separator bars.
I don't feel too strongly though and could be fine with making it smaller

If it is intentional, then we should leave it for now like it is and think little bit on next release.
Maybe mark this issue as Low priority and if possible some label like UX.
