Bug Description

I have installed latest Pinta 2.2-dev from master repository https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/actions/runs/7304075740/artifacts/1131944714 on Ubuntu 23.10.

1. On top right. Click on "humburger" menu.
2. Add-ins | Add-ins Manager.

I was at first confused of tab order. I am used to get on the first tab "All available" programs.
If we compare the Ubuntu's Software application this is exactly what I expect.

This is minor UX issue. What do you think of order of tabs? I think it should be the minimum confusion of what experience already have.

Current order of tabs:
- Installed | Updates | Gallery

May I suggest the order of tabs:
- Gallery | Installed | Updates

Bonus: If you want, you can change the "Gallery" to "Explore" to be fully compatible with Software program (if we want this at first place).

It seems reasonable to switch to that order and place the gallery first.
I'm not too concerned about matching the labels of the Ubuntu software centre since there are probably different software centre applications across the many linux distros
