Bug Description

Getting following message when trying to open a TIFF format file.

GLib.GException: Unable to load image-loading module: C:\Program Files\Pinta\lib\gdk-pixbuf-2.0\2.10.0\loaders\libpixbufloader-tiff.dll: 'C:\Program Files\Pinta\lib\gdk-pixbuf-2.0\2.10.0\loaders\libpixbufloader-tiff.dll': The specified module could not be found.
