Flatpak 2.1.1: Sometimes, actions gets unexpectedly undone on Save

Bug Description
I found that sometimes Pinta undones one of actions, for example:
- Drawn and commited curve, gets turned into editable form back after I hit "Save" (Ctrl+S)
- Written text gets removed when I hit Save.
What to do:
- Open any picture
- Select TEXT
- Click on the canvas and type some
- Click a Rectangle tool
- Hit SAVE
- Text will disappear
I attached the video of the bug.
P.S. This happens at the state inside Pinta itself, the saved file gets saved properly with everything that was done before save.
