Bug Description

I have downloaded Pinta 2.2-development on Ubuntu 22.10 from Github: https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/actions/runs/4525610835 master branch.

Open Pinta 2.2 and at top there are two icons (Crop to Selection and Deselect All) missing comparing to Pinta 2.1.1.

See attachment.

This was a change I was intentionally trying out with the other changes to use a header bar. Since the header bar also has the window title in the center, on smaller screens there isn't much room for those toolbar icons unless they go on the other side, but that makes the main menu harder to find

Changed in pinta:
milestone: none → 2.2

Thinking little bit more. In my humble opinion "Crop to Selection" and "Deselect All" are more suitable to be placed in Tools.

In main title header I think there belongs classical actions like Open, Save, Copy, Paste, that you can find in any application. But those two belongs to Tools.

I think my main concern there is that they aren't actual tools like the rest of the list, which switch into a different interaction mode and handle mouse events, etc

A couple other ideas I had:
- Add just one more button, but make it a menu with crop to selection, resize image etc and other common actions
- Get rid of the "Open" and "Save" text on those buttons, which would free up some more horizontal space

Confirmed.

I have installed installed latest Pinta from master repository https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/actions/runs/7243481908/artifacts/1120514223 on Ubuntu 23.10 and I can confirm this is fixed. Thanks.
