Pinta crashes on image edit

Repro:
- start Pinta
- open an existing image (jpg, png)
- try to edit (using brush, Ellipse tool)
- Pinta either crashes completely, or UI hangs

This looks the same as bug 1786822, which is fixed in Pinta 2.0. It may also be fixed in older versions of Pinta by installing a newer version of the mono runtime
